Can I cancel anytime?
Our contract period is one month. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will not be billed for any additional months. Service will continue until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for.
Can I add more users to my account?
Yes, you can add more users to (or remove users from) your account at any time. The price for additional users depends on the plan you select.
What types of support do you offer?
We offer email support to all customers. If you have a question, send an email to support@tractionroad.com . Our Business plan includes priority support: This means your support requests are always answered first.
Where is TractionRoad based? 🇪🇺
TractionRoad is based in Vienna, Austria in the European Union. This means that we are subject to the strict data protection laws of the European Union.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use a payment provider called Paddle to process payments and provide your with invoices. Paddle accepts all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover - as well as PayPal.
How do I get an invoice?
Every month, when we charge your credit card, we send you an invoice via email. The email includes a link to a PDF version of the invoice. You can also download invoices from your account dashboard.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see on each plan is what you pay, with no additional costs. Depending on your location, you may have to pay VAT or sales tax.
